James Harden focuses on $475,000,000 asset hours after being slapped with $100,000 penalty

James Harden has shaken off the weight of the heavy financial sanction placed on him by the NBA.  Despite being slapped with the $100,000 fine just hours ago. He is however involved in another surprising news by splashing $475,000,000 to acquire an asset.

The controversial Philadelphia 76ers star guard is still trending after he got a fine from the NBA following the way he handled his trade rumors involving Morey in the whole story. NBA fans are anxious to know what James Harden has been doing since after the NBA sanction.

James Harden, the 2018 NBA MVP is also a veteran businessman. And was trending in 2019 for his involvement in soccer, as his deal with Houston Dynamo was reported: “National Basketball Association (NBA) star James Harden has joined the ownership group of Major League Soccer (MLS) club Houston Dynamo.”

“According to Front Office Sports, Harden has acquired a five percent stake in the club that values the franchise at more than US$475 million.”

I’ve been a fan of the game for several years, and I know that Houston has a massive soccer fan base, so it was an easy decision for me when this opportunity arose.”

James Harden’s presence was a huge one, especially following a trade rumor that links him with a potential move to the Houston Rockets. He was seen celebrating when Houston scored and the Dynamos triumphed 3-1 to book their place in the Finals of the competition.

Harden slapped with $100k fine by NBA

Following a trade dispute that led to James calling Morey a “liar” multiple times. The NBA communication on Tuesday posted  @NBAPR on X handle that reads:

The NBA announced today that Philadelphia 76ers guard James Harden has been fined $100,000 by the NBA for public comments on August 14 and 17 indicating that he would not perform the services called for under his player contract unless traded to another team. The league’s investigation, which included an interview of Harden, confirmed that these comments referenced Harden’s belief that the 76ers would not accommodate his request to be traded.”

In response to the NBA fine on James, the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) released a statement on Tuesday in support of James Harden. The statement on the NBA’s recent discipline on James Harden says:

“We respectfully disagree with the league’s decision to discipline James Harden for recent comments he made, which we believe do not violate the rule against public trade demands,” we intend to file a grievance and have the matter heard by our Arbitrator.” The NBA’s decision seems to be challenged by the NBPA which also have the right to protect its member.
