The first youngest team in the league is the Green Bay Packers. The Packers have consistently been among the ten youngest teams in recent seasons. They were the 11th youngest in 2017, the tenth youngest in 2018, and the fifth youngest in 2019 and 2020.
But this year they have become the youngest team in the league with an average age of 24.9 years. Their 14 players out of 53 have never played in the regular season before.

The second youngest team in the league is Los Angeles Rams with an average age of 25.7 years. The Indianapolis Colts have the third-youngest roster in the NFL with an average age of 25.8 years, following the Rams and Packers. Their head coach, Shane Steichen (38) is also one of the youngest coaches in the NFL.
So, Packers, Rams, and Colts are the three youngest teams in the 2023 season. Having old players in the team means you have lots of experience accumulated in your roster. But having young players is also great as they are comparatively more energetic and have a zest to prove themselves. The Detroit Lions is also one of the strongest teams in the league. In the final 10 games of the previous year, the Detroit Lions performed exceptionally well both in terms of wins and against the spread (ATS). In the entire 2022 season, the Lions covered the spread in 12 out of their 17 games, including all five games where they were considered underdogs.
