Marcus Jordan is the son of the NBA legend, Michael Jordan. Michael has five children in total, with Marcus being the second oldest. From 2009 to 2012, he was a shooting guard for the UCF Knights, where he was a member of the Conference USA All-Freshman Team in 2010 and 2011.
Marcus Jordan is in a relationship with Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife Larsa. Michael doesn’t approve of this relationship at all as Scottie and Michael were teammates when they used to play for the Chicago Bulls. Amidst all this, Marcus seems to be enjoying a new Netflix show.
Marcus Jordan’s urgent appeal to Netflix
Marcus Jordan appears to be a big fan of Netflix’s Squid Games Challenge. The gameshow adaptation of the popular Korean thriller series is currently available on Netflix, two years after it first swept the globe. The streaming giant released the first five of the 10-episode show, with more to come on November 29. Marcus Jordan, a recent reality TV star, can’t wait for the series’ grand finale, which will feature the winner, to air later in December.
The thirty-two-year-old son of His Airness appears to be among the most ardent followers, as he openly begged for additional episodes on X. ‘The Trophy Room’ founder wrote on X, “Netflix needs to add the rest of them Squid Games Challenge episodes ASAP.” While fans of the show can relate to Marcus’s desire to watch all the episodes, he, just like everyone else, has no other option but to wait.
Marcus’ wedding plans include Michael Jordan as best man
A wedding is “in the works” between Michael Jordan’s son Marcus and Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife Larsa, 25, years after the two won their sixth and final NBA championship together. On Tuesday, October 31st, in the “Pablo Torre Finds Out” podcast, Marcus expressed his hope that his father would be his best man at their wedding.
“I was the best man at Michael’s wedding and the best man at my brother’s wedding, and so, obviously, we’ll keep that tradition going,” Marcus said. Michael Jordan has been vocal about not approving of his son’s relationship with Larsa, 49, since they began dating in September 2022. Larsa was previously married to Michael’s longtime NBA rival, Scottie Pippen.
In July, on a podcast episode featuring her and Marcus called “Separation Anxiety,” Larsa disclosed that she was “embarrassed” and “traumatized” by Michael’s public disapproval. Despite Marcus’s assurance that his father was merely having fun, she expressed disinterest in the situation.
