Jimmy Johnson adjusting his belt beside cheerleader goes viral
A video went viral in which Jimmy Johnson can be seen adjusting his belt just seconds before he honored the ceremony during the half-time Cowboys-Lions game.
The cameras caught the coach, who was seen adjusting his belt while standing beside a cheerleader.
While one can think of it as a wardrobe malfunction and consider it normal to adjust their clothes before going onto the stage, some fans had different perspectives about this incident involving Jimmy Johnson.

This moment completely stole the highlight of the main event. The event that was meant to be an honor for the former coach became a source of hilarious discussion for the fans.
Jimmy Johnson enters Cowboys’ Ring of Honor
Jimmy Johnson, the coach behind the Dallas Cowboys’ double Super Bowl wins in the ’90s, has been inducted into the team’s Ring of Honor.
Johnson and Cowboys owner Jerry Jones held a pre-induction news conference before the Cowboys-Lions game. At halftime, Johnson became the 24th member of the Cowboys’ Ring of Honor.
Former players greeted Johnson on the field, symbolically represented by Emmitt Smith placing the Ring of Honor navy blazer on him.
Jimmy Johnson expressed deep emotion about the induction, describing it as a special moment with lifelong dividends.
“I don’t think anybody can ever imagine what this means to me,” Johnson said. “This was a special time in my life. This was something that paid dividends for me the rest of my life. It was something that I’m extremely proud of. We took over the worst football team in the NFL. The worst. Three straight losing seasons … And not only did we win Super Bowls but we were able to put together the team of the ’90s. So obviously I’m very proud of it and proud to have my name up in the stadium.”
Johnson thanked Jones, who faced a defamation lawsuit, former players, assistants, family, and fans in his speech. He concluded his speech with the iconic phrase “How ’bout them Cowboys?” from the 1992 NFC Championship Game.
Jimmy Johnson’s induction into the Cowboys’ Ring of Honor is a testament to his legendary career. While fans got distracted because of his moment with the cheerleader, no one can deny the remarkable career of the former coach.
