LeBron James Hints At Exciting Post-NBA Career Plans

LeBron James, one of the greatest basketball players ever, is now 39 and nearing the end of his NBA career. Fans are naturally curious about his future plans, and LeBron recently shared some thoughts on that in a podcast.

LeBron James is nearing the end of his playing days, but he’s still going strong. Last season, he passed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to become the NBA’s all-time leading scorer. Fans can’t wait for him to return to the Lakers for the 2024–25 season

However, LeBron hinted that he could be considering a career in broadcasting after hanging up his spiked sneakers. In the recent ‘GoJo & Golic’ podcast, he said, “ I see Tom Brady doing it, and he’s been great so far. And, you know, we will see, even if it’s just a guest appearance, you know, one game or two when I’m done playing.”

With Tom Brady now a full-time analyst, it seems LeBron James is eyeing a broadcasting career, too. He already has some experience, having co-hosted a podcast called “Mind the Game” with JJ Redick, where they talked about basketball analytics and more.

LeBron James is uncertain about when he’ll retire

Basketball superstar LeBron James has revealed that he is unsure about how much longer he will continue playing in the NBA. He admitted that he doesn’t see himself playing for another 21 years but acknowledged that his retirement timeline remains uncertain.

James said, ““Not very long. … I’m not gonna play another 21 years, that’s for damn sure. But not very long. I don’t know when that door will close as far as when I’ll retire. But I don’t have much time left.”
