WWE launches Indie program to develop new talent
WWE has launched a new program called WWE Independent Development to help indie wrestlers. This program offers training and support to help them join wrestling. While promoting the program, Paul “Triple H” Levesque said WWE wants to help indie talent and the wrestling community.
This program is partnering with schools like Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling and Cody Rhodes’ Nightmare Factory. These schools give students special chances to learn from wrestling trainers.
Very soon, Stamford-based-promotion will name some indie wrestlers as “WWE ID prospects.” They will receive financial support, receive training, and gain exposure on social media to expand their fan base.
