“I’m Out for the Year” – Eagles DE Brandon Graham Suffers Major Setback with Torn Triceps

Brandon Graham, the All-Pro defensive end, is one of the most loved players in NFL history. His announcement about missing the rest of the season due to a torn triceps, suffered in Week 12 against the Rams, hit hard for both the team and its fans.

Brandon Graham is now thinking about whether this will be his last season in the NFL, as Year 15 didn’t go as he hoped. Since his draft in 2010, Graham has been a key player for the Eagles and was visibly emotional when he spoke to reporters about his injury.

He admitted to injuring his triceps in the second half. “I’m about to enjoy this little rehab and I’m about to enjoy leading this team the rest of the year. As soon as I can be out there I’m going to be out there… And we’re still gonna have fun. But I’m out for the year,” he said.

Despite suffering a triceps injury early in the game, Brandon Graham managed to make two tackles and a sack before sustaining an injury. With 76.5 sacks, his sack landed him in third place on the Eagles’ all-time sack chart.

Fans react to Brandon Graham’s injury news

It’s always possible for surprises to happen in sports. The severity of his triceps tear and his age (36 years) make it highly unlikely for him to return this season.

Additionally, Brandon Graham himself has stated that he’s out for the year. Therefore, many believe he is unlikely to make a comeback in the upcoming season. That’s why fans are deeply upset.

One fan, @briiashj, shared, “Thank you BG. Gonna miss you out there big guy 😔🥹.”

Another fan, @GibbsForSix, expressed frustration, saying, “Hate to see this shit dawg fuck.”

@Hail0rHighWater commented, “These injuries are the worst man, dude was going off!! And has for years and years.”

@Danielrenn7 shared something unique, writing, “They need to retire his number, he’s done so much for this city! I am thankful he’s been on this team for 15 years.”
