The year 2025 is shaping up to be special for the pro wrestling community, with some of WWE’s biggest events lined up. After the announcement of John Cena’s retirement tour, excitement has reached new heights.

Following the confirmation of his appearances at the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania, WWE has now confirmed that the Cenation leader will also be part of another major Pay-Per-View event in 2025.

The 2025 WWE Elimination Chamber event is scheduled for Saturday, March 1, 2025. The Rogers Centre in Toronto, Canada will host the event. To enhance the excitement for the event, WWE has announced that John Cena will be participating.

A tweet from WWE on November 27 revealed that Cena would be at WWE Elimination Chamber on March 1 and that it would be his “last time ever” in Toronto. This means the event will mark John Cena’s final wrestling appearance as part of his farewell tour.

John Cena likely to win Royal Rumble 2025

On November 13th, WWE announced John Cena will compete in his final Royal Rumble on February 1st. Although the Royal Rumble match hasn’t announced his participation, fans believe he will be among the 30 competitors.

According to BetOnline, Cena is the favorite to win with odds of +350, ahead of CM Punk and The Rock by a large margin. Cena could become a 17-time world champion and a WrestleMania main event participant if he wins.
