The much-awaited reunion of The New Day on WWE Raw took an unexpected twist on Monday night. Everyone was excited to see Big E reunite with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods after a long time. However, the show ended with both of them turning against Big E.
Big E, who hasn’t wrestled since he hurt his neck in March 2022, made a surprise return to the ring to reunite with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods on the latest WWE Raw. But instead of a warm welcome, he had to counter harsh words and accusations from his old partners. The crowd was shocked when Woods and Kingston turned against him.
It was an emotional and shocking RAW segment overall. Big E even said that if he couldn’t return to wrestling because of his injury, he would become “New Day’s” manager. But both of the partners went too far to knock down E’s every single word.
They accused Big E of abandoning them and focusing on himself for the past four years. Kingston even said, “You broke your neck. So what?” Before that segment, no one felt they truly needed the Big Man’s support.
