In August, Pat McAfee shared that he’d be stepping away from WWE Raw commentary to return to ESPN’s “College GameDay.” Recently, WWE’s Triple H revealed exciting news about McAfee’s future commentary role, which will surely thrill fans.
At a media event this week, Triple H announced that Pat McAfee will return to WWE Raw as a full-time commentator. He will team up again with his long-time partner, Michael Cole. This comes as WWE plans to move Raw to Netflix, with the premiere on January 6, 2025.
Triple H said, “Letting the cat out of the bag a little bit right now. Pat’s actually about to come back with us here, full-time on Monday Night RAW.” McAfee also shared the news himself on Twitter showing his excitement to return to the announce table when RAW moves to Netflix.

Cole, who has been calling the action on WWE SmackDown alongside Corey Graves, will move back to WWE Raw for this new chapter. Fans can expect their exciting and energetic commentary to make the show even better.
