“I’m Tearing It or Breaking It” – Drew McIntyre Promises to Crush John Cena in Royal Rumble

WWE is getting ready for its next big event, the Royal Rumble. In this match, 30 wrestlers will fight in the ring for a chance to challenge the Undisputed Champion at WrestleMania. Many wrestlers are already confirmed for the event, but Drew McIntyre’s name hasn’t been officially announced yet. However, it’s almost certain he won’t miss it.

As fans know, Drew McIntyre is an incredible heel character, and his ongoing feud with The Bloodline is heating up. Expected to make his mark in the Royal Rumble, he could potentially crush John Cena’s dream of winning, similar to how he ruined CM Punk’s chances last year.

The Scottish Warrior recently appeared on the “Babyface” podcast and sent a strong warning to 16-time champion John Cena. For those who don’t know, Drew and Cena have never had a one-on-one match in WWE. McIntyre made it clear that he wants to face Cena, not just to compete but to battle on the mic as well.

During the podcast, Drew didn’t hold back, warning Cena about what could happen if they meet in the Royal Rumble. He reminded fans of last year’s Rumble when he tore CM Punk’s tricep during their clash.

He said, “Let’s just hope he doesn’t end up in the ring with me in the Rumble because the last person who got in my way at the Rumble last year and was aiming to main event WrestleMania was CM Punk.

He added, “And I tore his tricep off the bone. I’ll maybe ask Cena to pick the muscle or pick the bone because I’m tearing it or breaking it.”

Karrion Kross WWE star reveals weight gain after Drew McIntyre’s program

WWE star Karrion Kross recently revealed that he gained a significant amount of weight during his intense rivalry with Drew McIntyre. Speaking on the “Notsam Wrestling” podcast, Kross shared how McIntyre’s imposing stature pushed him to bulk up, resulting in an extra 15 pounds over a few months.

Kross reflected on his return to WWE in 2022, stating, “It was unbelievable. It was the perfect way to be reintroduced – I think – I couldn’t have asked for anything better than that.” However, he admitted that the weight gain made him feel less mobile and less sharp in the ring.

“I got real big and then I got – what I felt – was too big,” Kross added. “I put on a little bit of weight, relatively quickly, I put on like an extra fifteen pounds over like two or three months and I didn’t like it.”
