Following the Packers’ 22-10 playoff loss, a viral video showed a troubling interaction between a Packers couple and an Eagles fan. The couple was just trying to enjoy the game, but the fan made some derogatory remarks like “She’s an ugly dumb c****” toward the female Packers fan.

The company released a statement after social media demanded the reveal of the fan’s identity. They called the fan’s behavior “completely unacceptable” and promised a full investigation.

After a day of chaos, the Philadelphia Eagles fan at the center of the controversy has been identified as Ryan Caldwell. He is reportedly married and now faces backlash for his actions, which many believe have embarrassed him and his family.
