During the recent NBA All-Star Weekend, WNBA star Cameron Brink had an unexpected emotional moment. While at a club, she ended up in tears. Surprisingly, she blamed it on her godbrother, Stephen Curry’s alcohol brand, for that moment.
Cameron Brink had a wonderful time at the NBA All-Star Weekend, but one moment left her embarrassed. The WNBA star usually avoids taking shots, but this time, she made an exception.
During the event, she ran into her godbrother, Stephen Curry, whose kindness and support made her emotional. On her podcast, Straight to Cam, Brink shared what happened that night.
She told Sydel Curry that she tried Stephen Curry’s alcohol brand, Gentleman’s Cut, and it hit her faster than she expected. While sitting with her mom and Sonya Curry, Stephen started a deep and thoughtful conversation. The mix of alcohol and emotions got to her, and she suddenly found herself tearing up in front of everyone.
Then she admitted about her emotional tear, “If someone comes up to you and is like ‘Are you okay? How are you really doing?’ and you mix in alcohol with that, I’m like a puddle.”
