Disturbing Drug Traces Found in Super Bowl Reporter Who Found Dead in Hotel Room

The NFL world was shocked by the death of a 27-year-old Super Bowl reporter. The reporter’s death is believed to be caused by a disturbing drug, and the investigation suggests it may have been murder.

Just days before covering the Super Bowl, investigators found reporter Adan Manzano dead in a New Orleans hotel room. Toxicology reports confirmed that he had Xanax in his system, even though he didn’t have a prescription.

Security footage showed 48-year-old Danette Colbert, known as the “Bourbon Street Hustler,” luring Manzano into the hotel room. Later, she departed on her own, leaving behind his phone and credit card.

Police arrested Colbert on multiple charges, including theft and fraud. Manzano’s death is still under investigation, and it’s unclear how the drug got into his system.

Super Bowl reporter’s alleged murderer’s past exposed

Danette Colbert, 48, has been arrested for her connection to the Super Bowl reporter’s death. She faces several serious charges of theft and fraud. However, this was not the first time she came onto police radar, as her name was already on the police record.

Colbert has a history of similar crimes. In 2014, she pleaded guilty to burglary in New Orleans after a man said she drugged him and stole from him. In 2022, she was also accused of doing the same in Las Vegas, but the charges were dropped.
