Henry Cejudo trains power punches with the baddest man on the planet, Iron Mike Tyson! A fight with Alexander Volkanovski is imminent.
Former two-division UFC champion, Henry Cejudo has been spotted training power shots with boxing legend “Iron” Mike Tyson ahead of his possible return to the octagon to challenge for the featherweight strap. Notably, Cejudo had previously won and defended both the UFC Flyweight and Bantamweight titles in quick succession. Becoming only the second fighter in UFC to hold and defend belts in two weight classes.
Cejudo had been retired from the sport up until very recently. After the main event of UFC 273, between current featherweight champion Alexander “the great” Volkanovski and challenger “The Korean Zombie” ended in a resounding victory for the champ, Cejudo tweeted that he would be coming back to the USADA testing pool ahead of a return to the cage to challenge Volk for the featherweight strap. Cejudo wants to become the first-ever 3-division UFC champion. He said in a tweet:
No cringe. Just straight talk. I've entered the USADA pool.
I know I could beat @alexvolkanovski. I want to become the 1st 3-division champion in UFC history. Or, he could shut up the cringe. It would be a treat for fans.
Either way, the đis back! https://t.co/s0CfnTvFOo pic.twitter.com/lsDpJMnSC8

With the video that has surfaced of his grueling training sessions with the legendary Mike Tyson, it seems that “Triple C” is dead serious about his comeback. Can the former olympian, and two-time UFC champ make history once more?
If the fight was to materialize, this would be Cejudo’s biggest challenge yet as Volkanovski is on a massive winning streak and has cleaned out his division. Will Henry Cejudo be able to go up in weight to capture another belt? He has surely done it before, But we will just have to wait a little longer to find out if his training with Iron Mike is paying off or not.
