UFC veteran Nate Diaz has been annoyed by Khamzat Chimaev’s excuses for not fighting him! He has accused Chimaev of giving excuses such as being overweight, recovering from an injury, having visa issues, and most recently getting married! Diaz claims that he has been wanting to fight Khamzat for the last one and half months but has been unsuccessful due to Khamzat and his issues.
Khamzat Chimaev recently got married in a very private ceremony. Although he lives and fights in Sweden, he chose to marry back in Chechnya. Here’s the clip of Khamzat getting married:

The one person who was not amused at this holy union was the Stockton gangster, Nate Diaz himself! The outspoken marijuana enthusiast is one of the UFC’s biggest PPV draws. He is arguably only second to Conor McGregor in terms of UFC star power.
Nate is on his last fight in his current UFC contract, he has plenty of options to choose from in terms of opponents. There has been speculation about the Conor trilogy, Dustin Poirier, and even Micheal Chandler. But the Diaz vs Khamzat fight was heavily speculated after a leaked photo of the UFC war room apparently showed the bout being set up:
But since then, the fight card in question has been announced without Chimaev or Diaz. This is probably due to Khamzat getting busy with marriage and suffering an injury during the brutal war with Gilbert Burns.
The UFC would surely want to maximize their profits from Nate Diaz’s last fight, It remains to be seen who gets the Stockton slap in Diaz’s final hurrah!
