The problem child is ready to face his most anticipated bout against Anderson Silva which as of now is considered the gigantic test of his professional boxing career. However, it doesn’t stop Paul from doing whatever he wants, as he just announced his plan to bump up to the heavyweight division.
On October 29, Paul will be entangled in the squared circle for his sixth fight against one of the greatest mixed martial artists of all time, Anderson Silva. Though taking on Silva isn’t a light task for anyone, for the problem child, it’s completely uncertain whether to say anything. However, many veterans and former stars are expressing opinions saying, this will be the ultimate test for the Youtuber turned boxer.
Despite the upcoming bout, the problem child is already looking beyond his next opponent and shedding his entire light on the prospected fight with Tyson Fury. Paul posted a short video clip of himself on Twitter in “fat” form and ready for a move to the heavyweight division to take on “The Gypsy King” once he has taken care of business with “The Spider” on Saturday night.

“In six days I fight Anderson Silva but, after that, fat Jake is moving up to the heavyweight division to fight my brother from another mother, Tyson Fury. The heavyweight division has been real quiet since this announcement,” Paul posted on his Twitter.
In his past five total appearances as a professional boxer, Paul has won five of them. All four of them were won by KO. He couldn’t ask for a better start than this. As Paul kicked off his career in 2020, the first match was against Ali Al-Fakhri, better known as YouTuber AnEsonGib. Since then, Paul moved up the ladder to former NBA star Nate Robinson, who he knocked out in just 95-seconds.
Notwithstanding, the label of being unable to beat any professional, Jake’s skill level remains unboxed. So here comes 47-year-old Silva. “The Spider” has been shown to still be dangerous, earning a victory over boxing icon Julio Cesar Chavez Jr in his squared circle debut. Three months later, âThe Spiderâ followed up the win with a first-round knockout of former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz.
All that being said, the upcoming bout against Silva is surely going to be an essential point for The Problem Child’s early boxing career.
