Ali Kadyrov has been aiming to make his professional MMA career debut for quite a long time now. Finally, it is confirmed that the son of the Chechen dictator will be having his first bout against Islam Akbarov in the ACA 150 event on Friday in Chechnya.
Ali Kadyrov is practicing hard under his father’s guidance for this big day. Recently he has been seen enjoying sparring sessions with fellow MMA fighters and other fighters from the UFC.
Ramzan Kadyrov, the Head of the Chechen Republic and father of twelve kids has been motivating his teenage sons to take part in mixed martial arts. Justin Gaethje, Henry Cejudo, and Usman Nurmagomedov, three big names in the UFC, were also in Chechnya not too long ago, having been invited by Ramzan to attend one of his son’s birthday celebrations.
The 17-year-old youngster even has a strong relationship with an already prominent UFC fighter Khamzat Chimaev. They have been training together and hanging out for a year now. It is not hard to deduce that Ali picked up one or two incredible techniques from the Swedish boxer. Ali has also trained with former UFC champion Cody Garbrandt.
Young Ali will be facing another youngster Islam Akbarov who is also super excited to start his professional MMA career. Ali, meanwhile, has competed in a few boxing contests, including one in which he was called “the next Muhammad Ali.”
Next Mohammad Ali or not, he will enter the octagon for his Absolute Championship Akhmat debut as the first Ali Kadyrov in the fifth bout of the evening at the CSKA Arena in Moscow, Russia.
