Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants Man Utd to complete the deal of Jaden Sancho as soon as possible. Manchester United have been interested in Borussia Dortmund winger for a long time. But the final deal is yet to take place.
Last summer, Man Utd made it quite late to sign former Leicester City defender Harry Maguire. In the end, the English center back cost £80M for the Red Devils. In the circumstances, the Man Utd boss wants to avoid such issues.
There are not many competitors for Man Utd in the transfer market to sign this 20-year-old winger. That’s why Man Utd believe to minimize the £80M asking price of this former Man City youngster.
Man Utd’s executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward is planning to offer £50m for Sancho. Like other big football clubs, Man Utd is also a major victim of the coronavirus pandemic which hit them hard financially.
However, Solskjaer & his coaching staff want to accelerate the deal by offering a much more realistic amount to Borrusia Dortmund.

Chelsea and Manchester City are monitoring the situation of Atletico Madrid center back Jose Maria Gimenez. According to sources, the Uruguayan defender might cost €120m for any of the teams to land.
Man City are already in advanced talks with Bournemouth to finalize the deal of Dutch defender Nathan Ake. But they have also eyes on the 25-year-old defender Gimenez. Nonetheless, Atletico Madrid won’t allow Gimenez to release below his massive €120m release clause.
On the other side, Chelsea have already upgraded their squad for the upcoming season offensively by signing Timo Werner from RB Leipzig and Hakim Ziyech from Ajax. Also, they are in a commanding position to land German youngster Kai Havertz from Bayer Leverkusen.
Now, Frank Lampard, the Chelsea boss is ready to spend some cash on a top class defender like Gimenez. Chelsea have struggled a lot in the recently ended premier league season defensively by conceding 54 goals in total.
Despite being only 25, Gimenez has a vast experience of playing at a top level. Since joining Atletico Madrid in 2013, he has been a core member of the Atletico Madrid defense line. He has already won major club trophies like La Liga, Spanish Super Cup, Europa League, UEFA Super Cup under Argentine manager Diego Simeone. In addition, he also has two Champions League runners up medal in his Atletico Madrid career.
