The guard for the Texas Tech Red Raiders men’s basketball team, De’Vion Harmon, has declared his eligibility for the 2023 NBA Draft and expressed excitement about the prospect of pursuing his dream of playing in the NBA.
A talented player with a promising future, Harmon was selected as one of 24 players for the 2018 USA Basketball Men’s Junior National Select Team. In 25 games with 23 starts during the 2020–21 season, he averaged 12.9 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 1.1 steals.
De’Vion was honored as the Big 12 Player of the Week after scoring a career-high 25 points against No. 6 Texas. He also represented Team USA and won gold at the 2017 FIBA Americas U16 Championship and 2018 FIBA U17 World Cups.
