Amid ongoing speculations over the DeAndre Hopkins trade rumors, Matthew Judon managed to add extra twists to the plot with his mysterious tweet.
After getting released by the Arizona Cardinals, the wide receiver is on a mission to find a new home and many names are coming up on his potential list.
Matthew Judon posts cryptic tweet days after Nuk’s Patriots visit
DeAndre is a former Clemson player who closed down his college career as a high-prospect NFL candidate. He finally managed to be part of the league in 2013 getting drafted by the Houston Texans as the round one twenty-seventh pick. In 2020, he was signed by the Cardinals and put an end to his tenure with the team on May 26, 2023.
The footballer is now a free agent and looking forward to starting a new adventure with a new team. However, the name of Patriots is getting attached to him every now and then surpassing all other teams.

Adding more fuel to the rumor of D-Hop’s joining the Patriots, the footballer made a two-day visit to the team. This news signaled a positive vibe of the fact that he might choose the team above all others.
Matthew Judon however seems very joyous over Hopkins’ visit to the Patriots as he was having a gala moment with the five-time Pro Bowl. Besides, he posted a cryptic tweet called, “GM of the year?”.
Although nothing concrete is known about the meaning of the message, NFL fans are associating that with Patriots and DeAndre’s potential link-up. Maybe by GM, the Patriots Linebacker gave him the title of a General Manager for acting as a vital part of the Patriots’ negotiation with the former Texans player.
Who are favorites to land the WR?
After hitting free agency in May, Hopkins is in a rush to be part of a new team. Although rumors regarding various teams are on the horizon, only time can tell who will make a successful bargain with the third-time First Team All-Pro.
However, some of the prominent teams who are on the potential list to bag the star wide receiver are the Buffalo Bills, Kansas City Chiefs, Baltimore Ravens, New York Jets, New England Patriots, Los Angeles Chargers, Jacksonville Jaguars, Detroit Lions, etc.
