The grandson of illustrious boxer Muhammad Ali, Nico Ali Walsh, and UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones recently met. Living up to their combat sports heritage the two personalities traded blows with one another during the friendly brawl.
The parents of Nico Ali Walsh are Rasheda Ali and Bob Walsh. Nico chose professional boxing as a career, following in the footsteps of his legendary grandfather. In August 2021, the 22-year-old boxer competed for the first time in a professional match.

Nico, who is still undefeated in his pro boxing career, met the UFC superstar recently which the young boxer announced by posting a video on Twitter.

As it seems from the video, the American boxer met the reigning UFC heavyweight champ in a parking lot sort of place. Both of them were looking very happy as they exchanged some blows putting a smile on their faces.
Jon was playfully shadowboxing while Walsh was a tad bit more serious with his hands. In the end ‘Bones’ pulled off a dance move from his combat stance which put an end to their little ‘sparring’ session.

Since Jon Jones triumphantly made a comeback by defeating Cyril Gane, many fans have been impatiently awaiting the announcement of his next fight. Dana White recently talked about the forthcoming heavyweight title bout.
In a recent interview, the UFC president discussed a variety of potential future matchups and the kind of arena which would be required to host a fight of such high magnitude.

However, nothing is official as of yet but UFC 295, which is most likely to take place in November at the Madison Square Garden in New York, is where Jones will likely take on Stipe Miocic to defend his heavyweight title.
Jones earlier triumphantly returned to the octagon after a three-year absence, but in the post-fight press conference ‘Bones’ said, Miocic, a former two-time UFC Heavyweight Champion, is someone he’d be interested in facing for his next bout.
