Arman Tsarukyan proposes bout to Michael Chandler if Conor McGregor fight gets cancelled amid r*pe charges on ‘notorious‘ ex-double champ

Michael Chandler vs. Conor McGregor’s showdown is once again in jeopardy. Arman Tsarukyan is planning to take on Michael Chandler next in light of the Irishman’s most recent controversy.

The Armenian fighter called out the lightweight division’s top fighters after his recent convincing victory. Despite the fact that he mentioned Dariush by name, Michael Chandler is his first choice for a number of reasons.

Arman Tsarukyan offers bout to Michael Chandler

The new challenger in the lightweight division believes that the McGregor return fight won’t take place in the end. Therefore, he would be looking forward to competing against Michael Chandler in place of the Irishman.

“If you want to ask me, for sure I want to fight with Michael Chandler. Because it looks like his fight with Conor McGregor is over. He got to fight with someone, and I am here.” Arman said.

“Ahalkalakets” has consistently displayed remarkable talent and competence in the lightweight division, displaying strong striking, grappling, and flexible hitting abilities. The 26-year-old fighter, who is currently on a two-bout winning streak, has his own particular motivation for wanting to battle “Iron.”

“I have good win streak and let’s do this fight, because I’m the youngest guy in top 15. He’s the older one. I think for fans it’s good when new generation fights with older generation.” Arman added.

Can Conor McGregor vs Michael Chandler get cancelled?

Conor McGregor has frequently been the focus of debate, both inside and outside of his career as a UFC competitor. This time, the Irish celebrity is the target of sexual assault allegations.

Sexual harassment claims have been made against McGregor multiple times before. This time, at Game 4 of the NBA Finals, a woman allegedly had a sexual encounter with the former UFC two-division champion.

Conor McGregor vs. Michael Chandler was one of the UFC’s most anticipated fights of the year. It now appears improbable that the battle will take place given how events have changed over the past four months and Mystic Mac’s most recent controversy.

Even if McGregor is found not guilty, the USADA will still put pressure on him to take part in the testing pool. According to the rules, The Notorious must re-enroll and present clean results at least twice during a six-month period in order to be qualified to compete.
