The incident happened during the Super Bowl 59. Everyone knows that most Eagles fans booed Taylor Swift because she was a supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs. One of the people booing was a Swiftie, Louisa Melcher’s husband.
Louisa was very upset and frustrated with her husband’s reaction to her idol. Recently, she publicly announced that she was going to divorce him.
Taking to Instagram and TikTok, Melcher shared the news with her followers, saying, “I’m divorcing my husband because he booed Taylor Swift at the Super Bowl, and I still don’t think he believes me.”
The craziest part is that Louisa has already filed all the paperwork for the divorce. To others, it might seem like she is overreacting. But when she explained how the booing made her feel, it seemed like she completely lost trust in her husband.

She explained how her husband unintentionally hurt her in a way that’s impossible to fix. She said, “I have loved Taylor Alison Swift since I was 12 years old. My husband even likes her too… But we were at the Super Bowl, it was me, him and five of his buddies and when they put Taylor up on the Jumbotron, all of his buddies started booing and my husband joined in.”
She added, “And that just tells me everything I need to know about that man because he didn’t care that that would hurt my feelings. He just wanted to fit in with his boys, he didn’t even care that that’s not even how he actually feels.”
