Giving advice went wrong for the Patriot’s legendary quarterback Jack Jones. The story was nearly one month ago when Jones warned and slammed NBA young star Ja Morant on a gun issue, albeit, the cornerback’s destiny tied him with a gun issue, perhaps the consequences of which are going to be more vulnerable than Morant.
In March, after Morant was caught on camera acting carelessly with a gun for the second time in three months, the league suspended him for eight games. The NFL player took to Twitter to lambaste the NBA player for his illegal and foolish act, albeit the NBA youngster received a 25-game suspension for his second gun incident before news of Jones’ arrest heated the social media on Friday.
Why does Patriots CB Jack Jones potentially face a lengthy prison sentence?
The 25-year-old will face 30 years or more year in prison if the judge in his case decides to have the advisor Jack serve his time in prison consecutively in the case of the jury finding him guilty, while the person he banged only received a suspension from some game.
Maybe the Patriots’ star player wasn’t mindful of how serious the gun problem was in the airport. The Boston Globe was informed about the potential sanctions against the CB by James Borghesani, a spokesman for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office.
“If he were convicted and sentenced consecutively on each charge he’d face more than 30 years in prison,” Borghesani cited.

What Happened at Logan Airport Jones gun incident?
The day when the Patriots OTA camp was over, Jack was ticketed for a trip, meanwhile, the second-year Patriots’ quarterback was discovered with two loaded firearms in his luggage at Boston Logan International Airport.
He was caught red-handed in the airport by the officers of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and later arrested with two counts each of the following offenses per NBC News: possession of a concealed weapon in a secure area of an airport, possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card, unlawful possession of a firearm, carrying a loaded firearm, and possession of a large-capacity feeding device. Following the Patriots stars’ arrest, TSA issued a press release to state the incident.
“Upon discovery of the firearm, TSA notified the Massachusetts State Police and they responded to the security checkpoint. The traveler was questioned by law enforcement and subsequently arrested.”
The 25-year-old’s bail was originally set at $50,000, but it was later reduced to $30,000, and he was allowed to leave custody. Later, it was announced that the cornerback would be arraigned in East Boston District Court the following week.
The punishment of Jack is yet to decide, however, the incident will make him suffer ahead of his life and perhaps, the NFL star will make a second thought in the future before throwing a piece of advice.
