Initially, Juve proposed a loan deal for the Belgian International, but their offer was immediately rejected. However, Juventus has now improved on this bid by offering Dusan Vlahovic to Chelsea in a deal that would see Romelu Lukaku move to the club.

It is quite glaring that Chelsea are looking to offload Romelu Lukaku, but they need a striker that will score goals in return. The English club has just signed Nicola Jackson from Villarreal, but Mauricio Pochettino wants to add more firepower to the attacking force.
Chelsea are keen admirers of Vlahovic, and they have already begun to make plans to land the striker. Earlier in this summer transfer, they had made contact with the representatives of the player in a bid to secure his services.
Through negotiations, Juventus has clarified that they want Romelu Lukaku and have proposed a fee and Dusan Vlahovic to Chelsea to land the player.
Why did Inter Milan reject Romelu Lukaku’s transfer?
The start to Romelu Lukaku’s Inter Milan career was promising, as he netted 64 times in 95 appearances. The Belgian International reached a milestone encouraging Inter Milan to retain him, but he moved to Chelsea the following summer.
The 30-year-old Belgian forward spent last season on loan at Inter from Chelsea, representing the Serie A club on 37 occasions in all competitions, scoring 14 goals and registering seven assists. Since then, they’ve been in talks with Chelsea to re-sign Lukaku for about £26 million, but Chelsea has rejected this offer, and now Milan is looking elsewhere for a striker option.
According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Inter has decided to leave the negotiations, with a potential deal for the center-forward now off.
