Anthony Edwards always seems to find himself in the spotlight, whether it’s for his impressive plays or his controversial moments. Recently, he made headlines again after racking up his 16th technical foul.

But this time, it’s not about drama or controversy—it’s just some lighthearted fun that’s got everyone talking.

Recently, a high school classmate of Anthony Edwards named Sofia Pineda shared some old DMs from five years ago. In a TikTok video, she claimed she helped Edwards cheat back in high school.

The 3-time NBA All-Star, Anthony Edwards, hasn’t said anything about the video or if it’s real. But fans on social media are sharing their reactions. Meanwhile, everyone is celebrating his recent achievement.

Anthony Edwards named Western Conference player of the week

Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards has been named the NBA’s Western Conference Player of the Week for games played from March 10 to March 16. This is the second time he has won this award.

Edwards helped the Timberwolves win all three of their games that week, beating the Denver Nuggets, Orlando Magic, and Utah Jazz. He averaged 32.7 points, 4.3 assists, and 3.3 rebounds per game while shooting 51.5% from the field and 38.2% from three-point range.

His best game was against the Utah Jaz recently, where he scored 41 points on 16-of-27 shooting. It was his seventh 40+ point game of the season, breaking a Timberwolves franchise record. Thanks to his efforts, the team now has a 40-29 record and is in a good position for the playoffs.
