The clubs, however, agreed a fee for the player upwards of €70 million, according to the Guardian. The package of the deal also includes performance-related add-ons, which will add up to the stipulated €70 million. Many analysts treat Hojlund very similarly to Erling Haaland, as they tout him as one of the best upcoming talents in the striker position.
Manchester United have agreed personal terms with Rasmus Hojlund for a long time. The player was desperate to join the Red Devils and play the next years of his career at Old Trafford and the Premier League. Hojlund’s contract is agreed till 2028, with an option for an additional year.
