However, she found the idea of dating Tatum awkward. Therefore, she simultaneously changed her mind and invited another NBA star, Max Strus, to join her on a couple’s date.
She said, “You know what? I’m switching my celebrity crush. Max Strus, if you’re out there and you’re single, I’m here and I’m ready.”

During her interview with Nick Viall, Jenn Tran revealed her first crush on Celtics star Jayson Tatum. Nick speculated that she might ask Tatum out. But surprisingly, she denied wanting a couple’s date with the NBA star, even though she called him the “hottest man alive.”
Before welcoming Max Strus for a date, she explained why she didn’t want to date Tatum. She said, “I truthfully can’t. I think of the hottest man alive—if Jayson Tatum, my celebrity crush, came up to me to go on a date, I don’t think I can say ‘yes’ yet because it would be messy. But if he wanted to go on a friend date, I would.”
Plus, we know the Celtics’ star is already dating the talented singer Ella Mai. So, realistically, even if Jenn reached out, Tatum probably wouldn’t be available for a date.
