Neymar Jr shocks soccer community with new look
Al-Hilal forward Neymar has officially surpassed the legendary Pele to become Brazil’s all-time leading scorer. However, he is set to miss the upcoming CONMEBOL World Cup qualifiers for Brazil’s national team due to an anterior cruciate ligament tear (ACL) injury sustained during a qualifier match against Uruguay in the past month.
In the absence of their talisman, Brazil suffered their first defeat in the World Cup qualifier campaign with a 2-0 away loss at the hands of Uruguay. As a result, Brazil currently stands in 3rd place behind the World Cup winner Argentina and Uruguay on the table.
The former PSG forward’s season has already concluded at Al-Halil, with no conceivable scenario of returning to the field next year. After making only 5 appearances for the Saudi Pro League side, Neymar revealed a new look to fans with a shaved head and mustache leaving them surprised on social media.
Netizens reacted with amazement to Neymar’s latest social media post featuring new looks as one Twitter (X) user commented, “Nothing else to do since he is out for the rest of the season.”
Meanwhile, one fan replied, saying, “Looks photoshopped,” implying his state of surprise.
Another fan tweeted, “Bald Ney is back,” under the post of his new head-shaved avatar.
