Bronny James Sets New Record in G-League with Career-High 30 Points

LeBron James’s son Bronny James is starting to show promise. He’s not quite there yet, but it’s clear that he’s getting better in the G-League. In his most recent game, which was his G-League road debut, he scored a career-high, doubling his previous best score.

Bronny James, who had been averaging 8.7 points per game in his previous G-League games, scored an amazing 30 points in his latest match. He made 13 of 23 shots and 3 of 9 from three-point range. He led his team in the first half, scoring 13 points in just nine minutes, helping the South Bay Lakers take a 12-point lead.

Bronny then added 17 more points in the second half, but the Lakers couldn’t stop a late comeback from the Valley Suns, losing 100-106. In addition to his 30 points, Bronny also grabbed three rebounds and made two assists.

It was his best game so far, including in the NBA Pro League, preseasons, and G-League matches.  For the season, he’s now averaging 14 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.5 assists in the G-League.

Fans react to Bronny James blockbuster showdown

After all the criticism, Bronny James responded brilliantly by demonstrating his impact in the game with a 57% shooting accuracy. Some people may try to call it a coincidence, but Lakers fans can relax because Bronny has the skills. Many fans believe he just needs more time to develop and show his true potential.
