Michael Thomas, a great wide receiver for the New Orleans Saints, has only participated in three matches over the previous two seasons due to injuries. Thomas, who criticized the NFL in a now-removed tweet on Saturday, seemed to think it may be the result of the club’s medical staff.
Thomas criticized the NFL’s medical personnel. He was responding to a tweet from CNN Sports about Chris Maragos, an ex-Philadelphia Eagles player, winning a $43.5 million lawsuit against his physicians over a professional life illness.
“Right decision. the NFL medical sucks. Cheap, and uneducated their job requires barely any education or curriculum,” stated Thomas in the since-deleted post (H/T John Sigler, Saints Wire).

Given that Thomas has only played for New Orleans during his six-year NFL profession, it would be reasonable to presume that he is specifically referring to the Saints’ hospital personnel.
After missing the whole 2021–22 season due to a foot ill, Thomas made a brief comeback in this past season, playing in 3 matches. His season was once again over as he was diagnosed with a lower leg ailment, this time a toe fracture.
Frequent illnesses may be annoying, and it appears like Michael Thomas is now venting his displeasure on the Saints’ hospital personnel.
The relevant inquiry is whether Thomas is just prone to these types of fractures, or whether there is a problem with the Saints’ healthcare team.
The solution to that query may never be known, but given the length of time Thomas has missed due to injury over the previous three seasons, his NFL future becomes increasingly hazy.
