Christian Pulisic may be on his way out of Chelsea after failing to leave a good impression since making a switch from Germany. After four years at the club without ever hitting the ground running, Chelsea looks willing to sell the 24-year-old for an amount significantly lower than they paid to sign him from Borussia Dortmund.

With many opportunities given to the American attacker to prove himself, the former Borussia Dortmund star has been unable to take his chances at Stamford Bridge.
Although the USMNT captain has won a Champions League trophy, one UEFA Super Cup, and one FIFA World Club Cup, his time at Chelsea has been filled with frustration. He has struggled with several injuries, which have kept him out of the team in the past few seasons.
With only 26 goals for the London club in four years, Pulisic has yet to do anything to justify a record-breaking transfer fee of $73 million.

Pulisic has attracted interest from clubs in Italy and France, particularly AC Milan and Lyon. Lyon reportedly contacted Chelsea last week to inquire about the availability of the American. However, in recent days, AC Milan has been involved in advanced negotiations to persuade Christian Pulisic to make a switch to Italy.
This will make him join Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who recently joined AC Milan. Both players will be expected to play a key role in helping AC Milan back to the summit of the Serie A table after missing out on the title last season. The Milan club also lost to their bitter rivals, Inter, in the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League last season.
