Now, as the face of the company, Cody balances his career pressures with his family life, which includes his wife Brandi and their three-year-old daughter, Liberty.
Cody Rhodes recently shared a touching moment involving his three-year-old daughter and her reaction to his WWE journey. During an appearance on Watch Fox 57 News, Rhodes opened up about the challenges of balancing his demanding WWE career with family life.
The 39-year-old, “My three-year-old, she only knows what I do as WrestleMania cause that was the first show she went to. So she’s [like] ‘Going to WrestleMania?’ [I’m like] ‘Yep’ ‘Going to WrestleMania?’ Every week.”
It’s sweet that she’s just now starting to understand what her dad does. The cutest part? She thinks every WWE show is “WrestleMania!”
The American Nightmare further added, “For [me] to slowly start to see her uncover the business is going to be unique. Because I don’t know if I know how to explain it to her yet. I don’t know. Right now it’s just colorful lights and entrances. She hasn’t seen a full match yet.”

Cody Rhodes said, “I think it’s a matter of….I’ve heard my boss and head of creative Triple H say ‘There is no such thing as a work life balance. You’re either working or you’re having the life moment. You’ve got to be committed to whatever it may be.”
