Cristiano Ronaldo may be out of the limelight a little after his move to Saudi side Al Nassr, but he still manages to get into news headlines. The Portuguese sensation is also known to be a great human being, always going out of his way to help fans.
Aside from being a great player on the pitch, off the pitch, he is shown interacting with his fans, especially young ones. His generosity and kindness have made him more popular and more lovable to fans.
Ronaldo shares a heartwarming moment with a young fan
Al-Nassr has already started their pre-season, and has faced some good teams from Europe so far. The team was in Japan, for a friendly against Paris Saint Germain and Inter Milan.
As such, the team had to do some open presentations with fans, a common feature of pre-season tours. Ronaldo is also widely popular in Japan, so many fans, especially young ones turned up to glimpse the Portuguese star.
In an event held by Sixpad, which is the fitness brand that he was promoting, the 38-year-old was on the stage with a young Japanese fan.

In a video shared on Twitter by ESPN UK, the fan was seen admiring the Portuguese’s physical condition, especially his 8 pack abs. Ronaldo then showcased his abs to the young fan before checking his abs as well in a hilarious moment. He then hugged him, in what was a very heartwarming moment.
The clip of the encounter is viral on social media, with many praising Ronaldo for both his physical condition at this age and his kindness to his fans.
Cristiano Ronaldo faces Inter Milan
Cristiano Ronaldo and Al Nassr have already completed their pre-season. They faced Celta Vigo in Spain, losing 5-0 however. In Japan, they have faced Europe’s two elite clubs, PSG and Inter Milan. The game against PSG was a draw, though it was hard-fought by both sides. Today, they faced UCL runners-up Inter Milan, managing to hold them to a draw.
The Portuguese captain left Manchester United in December following an explosive interview with Piers Morgan bashing the club. He then joined Saudi club Pro League club Al Nassr in January for a record 200 million dollar contract. He was great for the club, having scored 14 goals in just 17 games. But unfortunately, he couldnât manage to win the league or any trophy in his first season with the Saudi club.
The pre-season shows that Al Nassr is slowly on its way to becoming a competitive team. The club has bought other stars such as Marcelo BrozoviÄ, Seko Fofana, and Alex Telles. They will go for more signings as Cristiano Ronaldo has already predicted. Soon, if their plan goes well, the Saudi side could become a force to reckon with.
