Ronaldo has three children through different surrogate mothers: Cristiano Jr, 12, Eva, and Matteo, 5. Eva and Matteo are twins. And then Georgina gave birth to a baby daughter Alana Martina on November 12, 2017.

However, tragedy struck when Georgina went into labor prematurely at six months. The twins were born via emergency C-section at a hospital in Manchester, where Cristiano played for Manchester United at the time. The baby girl survived, but the baby boy did not make it.
Rodriguez said that she was grateful for having their baby girl, who was healthy and beautiful, but also heartbroken for losing their son. The baby girl is named Bella Esmeralda. She was brought back home 3 days after her birth.
Georgina reveals that she struggled with depression and anxiety after losing Mateo. She says that she felt guilty for being alive while her son was gone.
