Dana White makes epic promise to bring back legendary fighter for UFC 300 after Conor McGregor’s fiery outburst

Dana White is the hot topic right now in the fighting community. For April’s biggest event, the UFC president is constantly receiving questions regarding who is headlining the main event and co-main event of the UFC 300.

Though Dana White has already made a few announcements regarding the upcoming UFC 300 event, with four months until the event, fans are eager to know who the potential UFC’s biggest event headliner is. But this is not enough for the fans because they are expecting something big from UFC history’s biggest event.

Dana White’s big promise for UFC 300

While Dana White’s announcement is still on hold, a few announced bouts have turned it into covering the most important event with lightweight cards. No ticket booking has been announced, but it is expected to go live in a few minutes.

UFC veteran Jim Miller will be making his comeback, as the UFC president promised to the media prior to UFC 296. So far, this news has been confirmed. Miller was part of UFC 100, UFC 200, and now UFC 300, making him the only fighter in UFC history to be part of the UFC’s century-making events.

While talking to TNT Sports, Dana White promised to bring Jim Miller back to the octagon. “That is a great story. That is a great story… I’ll get that done for you… I’ll get Jim Miller on the card for you. Consider that done… Text Mick (Maynard) and Sean (Shelby) and tell them we need Jim Miller at UFC 300. So I don’t forget.”

Jim Miller is a 40-year-old MMA fighter with 36 wins to his name in his MMA career and 17 losses. Since the year 2008, Miller has had the average of competing three times a year, and he once fought four times in the year 2016.

White faces Conor McGregor’s outburst

As Dana White is creating big suspense as the main headliner of UFC 300, fans are already anticipating that Conor McGregor is going to fight Nate Diaz in his trilogy bout, but White didn’t make any comments about McGregor.

McGregor last fought in 2021, when he broke his leg against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. After that, it’s been more than 2 and a half years since fans saw him in action, but Conor still feels he has a spark in him.

“No one in the history of the fight game has been treated the way I’ve been getting treated at this minute. From what I came through to what I bring. They f****** should open the floodgates for me. I’m waiting! And my patience is wearing thin on me waiting.”

While talking to Talksport, Conor McGregor made comments about losing patience. Conor is also set to face Michael Chandler and is also eyeing the UFC 300 mega event, but White is testing the patience of the former champion, according to him.

Who do you think will be headlining the UFC 300 mega event, and will fans get to see Conor McGregor make a comeback at the biggest event in UFC history on April 13th, 2024?
