Dana White reacted harshly to a fan who asserted that Tom Brady had been paid more than Jon Jones by Dana White for the creation of a welcome-back video for Jones.
The UFC president already has a reputation for making inflammatory remarks in public, and yesterday’s comment in response to a fan further strengthened that image.
It is questionable whether Dana really had to pay Tom Brady for the video he produced for Jones, however, a fan comment on the UFC president’s post suggesting Brady received an amount significantly more than what Jon or Gane actually received for the fight has UFC fans beginning to wonder.

Today at the T-Mobile Arena, the former light heavyweight champion made his octagon comeback. As everyone had predicted, Bones defeated Cyril Gane within just two minutes to win the heavyweight title, which had been vacant since Francis Ngannou left the promotion.

Earlier, just a few hours before UFC 285 main event, Tom Brady, the recently retired legendary quarterback, expressed his delight at Jon’s return and shared a heartfelt message on his Instagram account, which was afterward shared by Dana White on his account with the caption “From one goat to another.”

The legitimacy of Tom’s remarks in that welcome video was questioned by a random fan who follows the UFC president on social media, who also made the ludicrous remark that Dana probably paid Tom more money for this commercial than he did Jones and Gane.

Dana, who is renowned for being frank and speaking his mind without reservation, did not pretend to feel anything other than fury at the specific fan for making such an allegation. White immediately responded to the fan, calling him dumb and a douche in order to end the controversy right away.
