Despite being sidelined with injury, Cooper Kupp takes step toward growing $18,000,000 worth with recent real estate action

Cooper Kupp, a wide receiver for the Los Angeles Rams, is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury. Because of a sudden injury, the WR was placed on the injured reserve list. However, the quarterback is making sure that his $18 million net worth is not affected because of his NFL break.

While the WR is unable to play in the game, he has started focusing on the real estate market. Kupp has recently taken some strong real estate actions to maintain his cash flow.

Kupp lists $3.5 million mansion

The Super Bowl Champ, Cooper Kupp has listed his four-acre Oregon home for sale. His luxurious mansion is located in Wilsonville, Oregon, which is about 30 minutes away from Portland.

The whole mansion has a brick exterior and a gated circular driveway. The primary suite is on the ground floor and includes a private entry vestibule, a patio, and an en suite bath.

It is a highly luxurious mansion and Kupp has also listed it at a good price. He bought it in 2020 for $2.5 million and is now selling it for $3.5 million.

The wide receiver shared that the reason he and his wife have decided to sell this house is because they don’t get time to travel to Oregon. There must be many potential buyers ready to buy this architectural masterpiece.

Cooper Kupp injury update

Cooper Kupp suffered a hamstring injury in August after which it was initially announced that he would miss Week 1 and later it was announced that he’ll miss 12 games straight till Week 10. Kupp was on injured reserve but is set to return soon as his leg is better now.

According to the Rams coach, the wide receiver’s practice window will be activated by the Los Angeles Rams next week. “He’s practicing next week,” McVay said

He emphasized that they are taking a cautious approach with Cooper Kupp’s return from injury.

“He’s so conscientious and I think he wanted to be out there so bad that sometimes it’s, all right, well let’s protect you from you because you’re such an elite competitor. I want to be careful to put the cart before the horse that they say, but I’m hopeful about that.”

Although the coach shared that they are being careful about Kupp’s return, he gave a hint that fans can expect to see the WR soon on the field as he’s going to practice from next week.

Cooper Kupp’s last game was in Week 10 of the 2022 season. He is an exceptional wide receiver who played very well in the 2021 season, recording 2,000 receiving yards in NFL history.

The Rams have missed Kupp’s presence on the field, and his return is highly anticipated. With the recent update about his injury, the team is hopeful they will have their talented WR back soon.
