Despite Voting Harris, Steph Curry Commends Donald Trump’s Win

Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry has expressed his respect for the democratic process following Donald Trump’s victory in the 2024 Presidential Election. Curry didn’t argue with the result because he knew Trump had won fairly and deserved another four years as president.

Wednesday morning’s election results caught everyone off guard, from bookmakers to pollsters and folks all over the country, as Republican Donald Trump took down the Democrats’ Kamala Harris and Tim Waltz once again. Stephen Curry, who backs Harris, was pretty surprised too.

While many reacted with anger, Curry stayed calm. He said he wasn’t upset by the outcome and believed that democracy was the true winner on November 5. He said, “I supported her and the DNC. It’s a fair election.”

He added, “It’s a situation where Trump won. Congratulate them on a hard-fought campaign…I don’t hold any resentment or ill will. You want these next four years to go great for everybody. We want accountability on that front too.”

Steve Kerr’s odd reaction to Donald Trump’s election win

Warriors head coach Steve Kerr had a unique and somewhat sarcastic response to Donald Trump’s victory in the 2024 Presidential Election. The outspoken Kerr didn’t hold back during a press conference before the Warriors’ game against the Boston Celtics.

Kerr said, “I’m just thankful there wasn’t any voting fraud this time. Last time, all those illegal immigrants who crashed the border, raped and murdered people, and then voted six times, that was unfortunate. But thankfully, this time, everything was clean.”

Kerr also joked about what he told his team after the election. He said, “I just told them let’s make America Great Again and beat the Celtics tonight.”
