Yesterday, before the highly anticipated boxing bout, Devin Haney and Vasiliy Lomachenko were involved in one last faceoff. However, as many expected, the faceoff between the two boxers concluded with fiery words being traded during the weigh-in session.
Haney and Lomachenko will face off in a boxing bout tonight at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Exclusively in the UK, the boxing match is available for $59.99 on ESPN PPV, the ESPN Plus app, and Sky Sports.

How did the weigh-in session go between Devin Haney and Vasiliy Lomachenko?
Haney weighed in at 134.9 pounds and Lomachenko at 135 pounds during the official weigh-in session for their lightweight fight, which seem to have gone rather well. However, when the two boxers had been set to face off, the situation worsened.
In contrast to Devin, who appeared to be attacking and fairly aggressive, Vasiliy appeared to be pretty cool under pressure. After a brief period of intense staring, Dream abruptly pushed Loma in front of everyone in the arena. Despite being pushed, Loma maintained his composure and didn’t strike Devin in return.

Haney is excited as he’s got his eyes fixed on moving high up in the pound-for-pound ranking. However, the 24-year-old boxer knows well that he needs to defeat Loma at first. In an interview, the American boxer expressed how desperately he’s been waiting for this fight.
âItâs a blessing that it finally happened. This is a fight that I have always wanted. Iâve been screaming for this fight for a long time” Haney said.
The Ukrainian boxer is aware of the challenge he’s going to be facing against Dream. The 35-year-old boxer is taking the bout as a now-or-never opportunity for his career.
âI donât have the time. Iâm not young. Itâs only one fight, four belts, and now itâs close, itâs very close,â said Vasily.
