Superstars from The Judgment Day, Cody Rhodes, and Jey Uso participated in the 2023 WWE Fastlane event, which took place in the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. There is now no better group in WWE than the Judgment Day since each member is a WWE Champion and can cash a “Money in the Bank” briefcase. Despite Dominik Mysterio’s retention of the NXT championship, this famous group has now fallen apart following Fastlane.
After Dominik Mysterio lost at No Mercy, his on-screen girlfriend, The Eradicator, took to Twitter to threaten him. Later, in a sudden turn of events, Dominik Mysterio regained his belt last week, becoming the youngest WWE veteran ever.
Dominik Mysterio issues two-word response after Fastlane
Dominik Mysterio, at age 26, considers himself a seasoned pro in the wrestling industry, having started young and appearing on WWE television. In recent months, he’s really gotten into character as one of the antagonists with Ripley, who is often booed by the audience. The fact that Dom betrayed his father and is romantically involved with “Mami” doesn’t help his image either. But now he’s a major player in “The Judgment Day” faction.
Dirty Dom was an observer at WWE Fastlane, but he saw Finn Balor and Damien Priest have their Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships stripped from them. Though he won back the NXT North American Title, the fate of “The Judgment Day” is still up in the air after losing their tag team championship in a special event.
Judgment Day still holds a Women’s Champion and “Priest” as Mr. Money in the Bank, but they’re likely going to lose the championship. Since Rhea Ripley helped Dom Dom keep the NXT championship, he has been showing off his swagger and attitude by referring to himself as the “youngest veteran” on X, formerly Twitter.
Judgment Day lost the tag team title
Cody Rhodes introduced Jey Uso to RAW, which sparked a rivalry between Jey and Judgment Day. Their fight came to a head at WWE Fastlane, where they competed for the WWE Tag Team Championship.
Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio joined The Judgment Day at ringside for the whole match. Her presence served to divert Uso’s attention, opening the door for Damien Priest to capitalize, but nothing worked. After a very lengthy session, it came to a close with a defeat on Judgment Day. Cody Rhodes won the championship at Fastlane for the first time in two years as his team with Uso’s defeat for the Judgement Day. After this loss, JD McDonagh’s career is in jeopardy because of a significant misstep.
Do you believe that Finn Balor and Damien Priest could defend their championship with the help of the youngest veteran, “Dominik Mysterio”? Please tell us in the comments what you think.
