While Cody is still deciding what to say to The Rock, former Heavyweight Champion Drew McIntyre has made a bold claim. He says the Undisputed Champion sold his soul to Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson a long time ago.
During the February 28th episode of WWE SmackDown, Drew McIntyre made the claim while talking to Cody Rhodes backstage. McIntyre, who is known for being direct, told Rhodes that his slow reply to The Rock’s offer made it seem like he had already agreed to it.
The Scottish Warrior said, “It was really telling to me, when The Rock made the offer, you didn’t reply right away. It said a lot, and I don’t know what he’s going to do. When you finally say yes and he finds out, you sold your soul a long time ago.”

The Rock, trying to get Cody Rhodes to join him as his “corporate champion,” gave Cody a custom-made truck and a fancy dressing room. Meanwhile, The Miz, impressed by the gifts, told Cody why he should accept The Rock’s offer.

On the recent Friday Night SmackDown, Cody Rhodes got advice from The Miz. In a backstage moment, The Miz, who is 44 years old, told Rhodes that being WWE Champion wasn’t enough and that only The Rock’s help could bring him real success.
He said, “What are you gonna do? I live in Hollywood, [and] he runs it right now. Look, do you want to be the fourth judge in a failed TV show, or do you want something bigger? Something better? you and I both know that there is so much more. You want more!‘
