In the latest Friday Night SmackDown, Solo Sikoa and his Bloodline team started the show with Solo talking about his Tribal Combat match with Roman Reigns. Suddenly, Drew McIntyre’s music hit, and Solo looked annoyed.
At first, it seemed like ‘The Scottish Warrior’ might confront Solo and his Bloodline, but what Drew said was surprising, though not completely unexpected.
Drew McIntyre, on his revenge tour against the Bloodline, confronted Solo Sikoa on Friday Night SmackDown. Drew reminded Solo that he stopped him from beating Roman Reigns at Clash at the Castle 2022.
Drew said it hurt to be close to Solo without attacking him and wondered if Solo thought about when Drew would come after him. He blamed Sikoa for hurting his family, which in turn caused his own pain.
"Solo, I want to know, when you lie awake a night, do you think about when Drew McIntyre is coming for me?"

Despite their past issues, Drew came to the realization that they shared a common goal of defeating Roman Reigns. He promised to team up with Solo to get rid of Roman for good. Solo is missing Tonga Loa because of an injury, but Drew and Solo might still join forces to fight Roman.
Therefore, WWE could surprise fans with an unexpected partnership.
Drew McIntyre is ready for the top spot in WWE
Drew McIntyre is the perfect fit for WWE’s top spot, and it’s time he gets the spotlight. For years, he has been delivering outstanding performances. WWE recognized his potential when they selected him to challenge Brock Lesnar, just prior to the industry’s pause due to the pandemic.
Then, McIntyre stepped up, kept things going, and his anger toward the roster led to some of the best heel moments in WWE, the most recent of which was with CM Punk.
McIntyre earned his new contract and deserves a push to the top. With WWE planning a roster shake-up when it moves to Netflix, whether McIntyre ends up on SmackDown or Raw, he should be a champion.

He’s held the title three times, but only once in front of fans and another time for less than five minutes. It’s time to give Drew McIntyre a real, lasting run with the championship.
