Josh knew the victim for more than seven years from their high school days. On the night of the incident, the victim and her cousin were accompanied by the culprit to their relative’s home. and after her cousin left the van, he raped her with the help of his other friend.

The NFL has issued a suspension for the player, as he can’t participate in any activity in the Eagles’ training ahead of the Super Bowl until the hearing on February 16.
However, his attorney, Michael Connick, said, “The allegations are false and that Sills will be aggressively defended.”
