Eric Bischoff remembers Vince McMahon’s alleged “big grin face” reaction to him kissing Linda McMahon

The history between Vince McMahon and Eric Bischoff goes way back to the 90s. Late 90s is considered as the best time to be a wrestling fan as WWE and WCW competed in very famous ‘Monday Night Wars’ when both RAW and WCW Nitro both aired in the same time slot with Eric Bischoff and Vince McMahon being the CEO’s of their respective companies. This pushed both the companies to produce a much better product due to this healthy competition.

Eventually WCW was bought by Vince McMahon which was followed by the acclaimed invasion of WCW storyline. Eric Bischoff was hired as the general manager of RAW in 2002 which came as a surprise to everyone and the boos were loud as Bischoff just comes across as a natural heel. This resulted in him being involved in many storylines through the years which weirdly, had angles where he kisses Linda and Stephanie McMahon who are Vince’s wife and daughter respectively.

Eric Bischoff recalls kissing Vince McMahon’s wife on-screen

Eric Bischoff and Shane McMahon were involved in a rivalry in 2003 which ended with both of them having a match at Summerslam. Bischoff recently recalled a segment leading up to their match where he kisses Vince’s wife and Shane’s mother Linda McMahon on-screen. He said in the interview that the segment was Bruce Prichard’s (One of the creative leads) idea.

He recalls that the segment was done in one take and that Vince asked him that the kiss should feel forceful and non-consensual to some extent to fuel up Shane’s anger. Another questionable thing was how Vince had a huge grin on his face and it was his idea that the kiss should feel forceful. The whole segment was shot in Vince’s home.

Eric Bischoff exposes McMahon Family Best Kisser

Somehow, Linda wasn’t the only time he has kissed a McMahon. On an episode of Smackdown in 2002, Eric Bischoff, who was disguised as Vince McMahon by wearing a McMahon mask kissed Stephanie McMahon. She first resisted, but eventually gave in which makes the whole segment even weirder.

When Bischoff was asked who was a better kisser out of the two, he said Linda without any hesitation. He was quoted saying, “I think she [Linda] was a better kisser than Stephanie, to be honest. Look, Stephanie — younger, obviously, you know, physically — because she’s younger, much more attractive at the time that I made out with her, little witch hat on and b**bs hanging out. You know, that was pretty fun! But there’s something about, you know … it’s that M*LF thing. It’s just awesome. And you can tell she [Linda] had not had a lot of attention. ”

Vince McMahon

During the attitude era when all the shows were R-Rated, things used to happen on television which wouldn’t fly at all nowadays and some of the ideas you can’t happen but wonder how were they approved to be aired on live television. Vince McMahon can go to any extent if it’s good for business and Eric Bischoff admires him for the role he has played in the wrestling industry. But it doesn’t change the fact that Vince has made some very questionable and sick decisions over the years when he was in charge.

Do you think R-Rated television is better for WWE or PG?
