Ex-NBA Star Arrested in Milan After Violating Restraining Order

Ex-NBA star and EuroLeague center Samardo Samuels was arrested in Milan on Saturday night after allegedly violating a restraining order.

On Saturday night, a woman called the police because Samuels was blocking the hallway, stopping her family from getting into their home. The family had to hide in the basement, and the kids were crying from fear.

Reports say the former Cleveland Cavaliers player was playing very loud music and drinking alcohol in the building’s courtyard with his dog when he was arrested. This was the fifth time the police had been called because of Samuels’ behavior.

A restraining order was issued against him in February by a Milan court after several problems with neighbors and even an attack on a delivery worker. Despite the order to stay away from the family, Samuels allegedly kept acting in a threatening and disruptive way.
