Team Germany won in a tooth-and-nail game which slowly titled in favor of the German side in the final quarters. It was heartbreaking for the Serbian fans while on the other hand, the Germans had a delightful night with their first ever big win in many years.

Team Serbia was playing without one of their key player Nikola Jokic who was injured in the quarter finals. However, Serbia put up a good fight where Vasilije Micic led the scoring for the Serbian side with 22 points in the finals.
On the German side, the Wagner brothers put out an amazing performance alongside Dennis Schroder. Franz Wagner scored a 19-points while his brother Moritz Wagner made 12 points and 10 rebounds.
