Wyatt made his return to WWE during Extreme Rules last year. Fans were excited at this shocking event, as Wyatt was released by the company in 2021. While Wyatt remains absent from WWE again, many people are expecting a response from him and the wrestling legend Konnan is one of them.
Konnan calls for Bray Wyatt’s release
Bray Wyatt is reportedly absent due to an illness, but there has been no official statement from WWE. He has also been removed from all WWE rosters.
While speaking on the Keepin’ It 100 podcast, a fan asked Konnan if the WWE should fire Bray Wyatt. The veteran wrestler made it clear that Bray Wyatt is not worth the money that he gets paid by the company and that they should get rid of Fiend.
“I’m a big Bray Wyatt fan but he’s too much trouble, His matches aren’t good, and as creative as he is, $3 million for what he’s doing?” -Konnan said. Konnan also added, “Yeah, get rid of him.”
Bray Wyatt still not cleared for return
Fans will need to stay patient regarding Bray Wyatt’s return to WWE. He has been out for several months from the roster of WWE. It was previously reported in March that he was dealing with an illness. This caused Wyatt to not wrestle Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania 39.

Fightful Select reported that Bray Wyatt is still not medically stable to make a return to the ring. The report pointed out that one WWE higher-up told them that “Wyatt is still sidelined and not cleared for action. We’re told that he’s still awaiting clearance and hopeful for a return whenever that occurs.” Fightful added that they’ve not heard any significant creative plans for Wyatt in recent months because of his status.
