“Good Luck With That” – NFL Commentator Hilariously Roasts Steph Curry for Liking The Panthers

Steph Curry grew up in Charlotte because of his dad, Dell Curry, who played for the Hornets. This made him a true fan of the Panthers. Sadly, the Panthers are having one of their worst NFL seasons ever. To lighten the mood on this sad occasion, NFL commentator Scott Van Pelt recently made fun of Curry on camera for his team’s poor performance.

The Panthers are having a difficult time this season with a record of 1-6 and four losses in a row. Last Sunday, they lost to the Washington Commanders, 40-7. Even though the Panthers are struggling, Curry still supports his favorite team. As a big fan of the Carolina Panthers, he recently got playfully roasted by ESPN’s Scott Van Pelt.

In Week 7, there were two Monday Night Football games, so ESPN had two halftime shows where Steph Curry joined Scott Van Pelt to talk about the NBA season. At the end of Curry’s segment, he said, “Go Panthers,” in response to Scott’s thanks.

Van Pelt, known for his quick wit, couldn’t resist and replied, “Good luck with that,” highlighting the Panthers’ struggles this season. Their playful banter won the hearts of many Steph Curry fans.
